I specialize in traditional/computer illustration and web/graphic design. My goal is to do good work and have satisfied clients. One of the most enjoyable aspects of my business is teaching drawing and painting through the San Dieguito Adult School District.

At a very young age, I started to draw by copying the Dennis the Menace newspaper cartoons. Later I had a desire to make fashion illustration my career. After attending schools I decided that painting and drawing a variety of subjects would be my "passion". Every time I do an illustration, my goal is to be the most creative as I can and to fulfill every assignment to my clients satisfaction. This takes strong concentration and dedication to the task at hand.

My education consisted of graduating from Los Angeles Valley College, attending Art Center of Design, Palomar College, UCSD, California Art Institute, and Santa Monica College. I am very grateful for the inspiration of numerous artists and illustrators of the past and present such as: Sargent, Sorralla, Vermer, Mary Cassett, Betsy Smith, John Howard Sanden, Everett Raymond Kinstler and Richard Schmid. Recently, I received a Professional Certificate in Digital Publications Design from UCSD Extension. This education and experience has given me an opportunity to combine my artistic capabilities with computer technology.

Presently I am represented by Ginger Graham Fine Arts, Carlsbad, Ca., I am a member of the San Diego Museum of Art Artist's Guild, The Society of Illustrators, San Diego, the San Dieguito Art Guild and the Portrait Society of America. I have participated and exhibited in juried and small group shows throughout California, and my paintings and illustrations are in numerous private collections.
